On-Line Ordering

Purchasing fitness equipment couldn't be easier. Just browse around our site. Your low no-haggle purchase price is clearly indicated with the product description. When you find what you are looking for, just add it to your Shopping Cart - and yes, that's one big shopping cart! When you are ready to buy, just "Checkout". Your Shipping and Billing information is processed through our Secure Server.

Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have specified in your account information. While others will tell you its out of stock, we ship direct from the manufactures warehouse.

Once we've shipped your order, you can track your shipment on-line using your Invoice Number. We'll tell you when your order was shipped and by what carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier for a convenient delivery time.

Any item in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund (less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges). Items must be returned in original packaging. Please include a return authorization number on the outside of any returned package. Authorizations must be obtained from the company prior to sending your returned product. No returns are allowed after 21 days after products are purchased.

Order Cancellations
All order cancellations must be called in or submitted by email: please contact us.. Any cancellation made after a product ships is subject to a 20% cancellation & restocking fee plus shipping and customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all cancellations.

Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Please allow two to four weeks for delivery

  • Orders under 150 lbs. generally take 5 - 10 business days (FedEx or Ups)

  • Orders over 150 lbs. generally can take 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock)

Shipping charges for continental US destinations are clearly indicated on your order.

We generally ship all approved orders within 3 business days, and shipping takes between 1 - 4 weeks for delivery (in the continental US) depending on the final destination. For custom "Design your Own" orders, please allow additional time for your unit to be assembled. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until 3 weeks have past from order date. Most items ship via freight company, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items. If it has not been 3 weeks from your order date, please wait to contact us for shipping information.

The credit card holder must sign for the item when it is delivered. ALL shipments will require the card holder's signature. All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered at the customer's driveway. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods off the truck and into the home or office. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge.

Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to contact your bank and request "authentication" of the card holder. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.
